Meet Doug Scheffler, an Emerson expert with over a decade of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently, he serves as an NPD Technologist at Emerson, a position he took up in August 2021. Doug previously held the position of Director of Midstream Natural Gas from October 2013 to August 2021 and served as the Applications Engineering Manager from November 2011 to October 2013. Doug Scheffler is highly skilled in various areas related to engineering management, process control, product development, executive management, and change management. His expertise has been honed over the years through hands-on experience in managing complex engineering projects and leading cross-functional teams. Doug holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business (2012).

Holding a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, Morgan has gained valuable experience and knowledge across various industries, including chemical production, manufacturing, and higher education.

Meet Ivan Antochiw, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the SCADA space across the electric and oil & gas industries. As a Pipeline Midstream Product Manager, Ivan has a proven track record of delivering results in digital transformation and industrial automation. Ivan is a Certified Product Manager and Agile Product Owner with a strong background in IT/OT applications supporting Oil & Gas and Electric Grid operations. He has a keen focus on SCADA, OMS, OTS, Simulation, and Advanced SCADA Applications. Ivan received his Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from Fordham University (2016). His combination of education and experience has positioned him as a subject matter expert in the industry.

Meet Tony Durant, an accomplished Engineering Technologist with over 25 years of experience working for Emerson's Pressure Management business. He began his career at Emerson as a test engineer and subsequently transitioned to a design engineering role where he played a crucial role in the development of several innovative products. In his current position, Tony is leading the charge to evaluate and upgrade Emerson's natural gas pressure regulator portfolio for hydrogen blending applications. Tony holds a Master of Science degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2011). His educational background and practical experience have enabled him to excel in his career and make valuable contributions to the engineering field.

Meet Martin Schlebach, a Senior Director of Business Development for USM-Flow at Emerson. He has over 12 years of experience with the company and previously served as the Director of Global Business Development from 2011 to 2019. In 2019, he was awarded the ISHM Memorial Award by the International School of Hydrocarbon Measurement for his contributions to the industry. Martin is highly respected for his expertise and thought leadership in the engineering and automation industry.

Meet Marlo Suarez, Marlo Suarez a highly accomplished Global Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in leading operational teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He leads the supply chain architecture design for new product developments, as well as promotes the adoption of 3D printing technology such as L-PBF and Binder Jetting, Marlo’s experience spanned multiple industries and functions across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC. Marlo is an industry 4.0 visionary leader, with strong analytical problem-solving skills and outstanding persuasive skills. He holds a master’s degree from the Università degli Studi di Bergamo (2008).

He is currently the Director of Product Management at AspenTech Business; Lars holds a range of certifications, including the EUR ING certification as a European Engineer by FEANI, the SivilIngenior certification as a Norwegian Engineer at the master's level, and certifications as a ScrumMaster and Product Owner by ScrumAlliance. In addition, Lars completed his MBA in Business Administration from Durham University (2003). Lars is a valuable asset to any organization operating in the energy industry.
