Emerson’s Performance Learning Platform is a workforce development tool designed to provide hands-on training and performance support for the industry. The platform includes a broad range of Emerson’s latest technologies including a DeltaV control system (PK100 Controller), Fisher Control Valves, ASCO valve, Rosemount Measurement temperature, pressure and level instruments, Rosemount Flow technologies including Magnetic, DP, Vortex and Micro Motion Coriolis meter. The platform is easily portable, will fit through a normal size door, and provides plug and play functionality. Simply add water, connect power and compressed air and the platform is ready for operation. The platform also includes Emerson’s Performance Support Video Library, and optional Lab workbook and eLearning courses
Flow Loop Options
The platform currently has the following options:
Base Unit: Flow loop 1 is an Orifice Plate with a Rosemount 3051 DP, and Flow Loop 2 is a Vortex.
Option A: Flow loop 2 is Magnetic Flow Meter in lieu of a Vortex.
Option B: Adds a third flow loop which can be either a Coriolis, Magnetic Flow Meter or Vortex.
